Subject: Publication of Regulatory Standard S-106 revision1, Technical and Quality Assurance Requirements for Dosimetry Services
The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) has published a new regulatory document, Regulatory Standard S-106 revision 1, Technical and Quality Assurance Requirements for Dosimetry Services.
This Regulatory Standard sets out the technical and quality assurance requirements that a licensed dosimetry service shall meet, when a condition of the applicable licence so requires.
The CNSC issued Draft Regulatory Standard S-106 revision 1, Technical and Quality Assurance Requirements for Dosimetry Services, for public comment in January 2005. The comments received were taken into account in finalizing the document.
Regulatory Standard S-106 revision 1, Technical and Quality Assurance Requirements for Dosimetry Services is available in English or French on the CNSC web site www.nuclearsafety.gc.ca. A paper copy of the document in either official language may be ordered from:
