Above the door linking the Chief Justice's office to an adjacent sitting room is an electric clock designed by Ernest Cormier. The walnut floor of the office is covered by a small rug and a painting is hanging over the marble fireplace. The office has many built-in bookshelves and bookcases along its walls. A large window give a spectacular view of the Parliament buildings.
