Walk & Talk expert tour - Art
Dr. Laura Brandon will lead visitors on a tour of the artwork featured in the Clash of Empires exhibition. Some of these works have not been seen in North America since the Seven Years' War! (October 29)

Hands-On History — free with museum admission
Find out how army surgeons treated wounds, or how Canadians prepared to invade Normandy. Children can make their own medals or write a poem about their museum experience. (weekends)

Vancouver Opera presents Naomi's Road
Naomi's Road is based on the 1986 novel for young readers by award-winning Japanese Canadian writer Joy Kogawa. The opera depicts the dramatic journey of nine-year-old Naomi from her home in Vancouver to a Japanese internment camp in the interior of B.C.
