Discover the Gods’ Gift to Men and Women
at the Canadian Museum of Civilization
Gatineau, Quebec, November 26, 2004 — Indulge your tastebuds at the Canadian Museum of Civilization this December 9, as you meet and mingle over a glass of wine at our Gods’ Gift to Men and Women event. The festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. in the River View Salon.
The evening opens with a visit to the sensuous exhibition Gift of the Gods: The Art of Wine from the Ancient World to Canadian Vineyards, where you will discover the history of winemaking in Canada and around the world. Following this fascinating tour of 7,000 years in the history of wine, guests will participate in an informal wine-tasting presented by wine consultants from Groovy Grapes, followed by an evening of fine wine, food and dancing in the Museum.
