in an evening of wine-tasting
at the Canadian Museum of Civilization
Gatineau, Quebec, February 7, 2005 — In conjunction with the exhibition Gift of the Gods: The Art of Wine from the Ancient World to Canadian Vineyards, presented until April 3, 2005, the Canadian Museum of Civilization invites you to attend an evening workshop exploring the art of combining wine and cheese.
You will learn how to prepare a wine- and cheese-tasting event, discover subtleties of taste and texture, and see how to ensure the full flavour of both wine and cheese by serving your choices at the right temperature, and in the right order. You will also be able to put your new skills into practice with the wines that will be served in the workshop.
