Art Auction - Paintings & Stamps
for the Canadian Postal Museum
The Friends of the Canadian Postal Museum invite you to take part in a superb art works auction, Thursday, December 1st, 2005, at the Station B postal outlet, 59 Sparks Street, Ottawa. Come to an entertaining evening and contribute to a great cause!
On December 1st, starting at 7 p.m., Mr Lawrence Greenspon will auction over 50 paintings from talented artists and philatelic products. Doors will open at 6 30 p.m. so interested bidders can view the art works.
Generous donors gave the various works to the Friends, who will of course donate all profits of the auction to the Canadian Postal Museum.
Entry is free, and the works of art cover a wide price range. Indeed, some bids will start as low as 100 dollars.
