Hull, Quebec, September 25, 2001 – The Canadian Museum of Civilization (CMC) today announced that it is reviewing all of its fall programming in light of current national and international circumstances.
The international tour of Japanese puppeteer, Genji Monogatari, has been cancelled. His performance was scheduled for October 3, 2001.
Exhibition programs will also be adjusted. The exhibition The Lands within Me scheduled to open on October 19, 2001, is being postponed. Where postponements are made, partners and the public will be informed and efforts will be made to reschedule.
The CMC will announce changes to the schedule as they are decided.
