"I have been trying to be an artist since I was about three... I've had a wonderful, varied and full life as both an art practitioner and art educator. If I had to live those sixty years again, I would hardly change a thing!"

· traveled extensively as guest lecturer giving workshops in Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Korea
· First Recipient, 1977 Prix Saidye Bronfman Award for excellence in the fine crafts
· Authored two books: "The Ceramic Spectrum - A Simplified Approach to Glaze and Colour Development", and "Functional Pottery - Form and Aesthetic in Pots of Purpose"
