Marlene Jennings gave notice of the following motion: — That this Committee mandates its Chair to invite a panel of former Chairs of the Public Service Labour Relations Board to appear so as to answer those questions regarding Bill C-2 that Sylvie Matteau was unable to answer given her position of Acting Chairperson of said Board.
