CBC Delivers its Annual On-Air Review to Canadians on CBC Television and CBC Newsworld on the Corporation's Activities in 1999

On January 16, CBC decision makers will once again report to Canadians on the Corporation's activities in 1999.

Hosted by veteran broadcast journalist Knowlton Nash, THIS IS CBC: A REPORT TO CANADIANS will be a fast-paced, 30-minute television program featuring interviews, program clips and information highlights. Chair of the CBC's Board of Directors Guylaine Saucier, along with the CBC's new President and CEO Robert Rabinovitch and the Vice-Presidents of CBC Radio and CBC Television will review 1999, the Corporation's plans and priorities, and the challenges it faced. THIS IS CBC: A REPORT TO CANADIANS will be broadcast on CBC Television at 12:30 p.m. (1 p.m. NT) and on CBC Newsworld at 6:30 p.m. ET.
