  • The Confederation Bridge: P.E.I. Connects
The building of the Confederation Bridge meant the demise of ferry service between New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island, and a huge change in Island life. Within these activities students discover the reasons why the construction took place, and examine the political, social, technological, and economic concerns of Islanders, people who strongly voiced their opinions about this controversial issue.
