Every thirty minutes, news and weather reports give listeners essential information.
Listening to Fresh Air is like sitting around the kitchen table with old friends. Ward McBurney tells his celebrated WardStories in which the past and the present dance together. Jay Pitter grapples with life in Toronto's urban core. Mary Cook recounts stories of life on the farm during the depression. Xavier Kataquapit shares his experiences growing up on the shores of James Bay. Peter Wilton is our intrepid explorer, reporting from various locations around the province. History buffs love the Archival Moment every Sunday.
The show's musical palette draws from a wide range of styles - everything from vintage jazz and traditional sounds to contemporary tunes.
