Every morning, more than one million Canadians begin their day with World Report, CBC Radio's major morning news program. It's heard at 6:00, 7:00, and 8:00 AM local time (half an hour later in Newfoundland) from Monday to Friday.

World Report is twelve-and-a-half minutes of news that has broken overnight with a look ahead to the day's expected events. The program features the latest international news, as well as the top domestic stories. It is also an outlet for CBC journalists to break original stories.

Judy Maddren brings more than two decades of journalistic experience to the host's chair during the week.
