The Search for Subject Matter: Cape Dorset Graphics 1950–2006 by acclaimed art historian and curator Jean Blodgett is this year’s annual Kathleen M. Fenwick Memorial Lecture. In the Lecture Hall. Cost: Adults $4.95; seniors and full-time students $3.95 (Friends $2.95). Visitors under age 12 free (ticket required). Gallery admission not included.

Kathleen M. Fenwick was the Curator of Prints and Drawings at the National Gallery of Canada for over thirty years, and a key supporter of Inuit printmaking. The series began in 1968 upon her retirement. This will be the first lecture to focus on Inuit prints and drawings.
