Artissimo
Share your impressions of the artworks that fill the Gallery and then let your creativity run riot at the
Artissimo kiosk in the Great Hall! For budding artists aged 3 and up accompanied by an adult. Gallery inter-preters will be on hand. Every day until 1 September, between 11 am and 4 pm. Finished work will be exhibited in the Artissimo gallery. No registration required. Admission
is free, but donations are accepted.

Special Extended Family Workshops
Enhance your visit to the special exhibition The Age of Watteau, Chardin, and Fragonard with extended workshops for children aged 4 and up accompanied by an adult, 9 am to 12 noon. In the Studio. Bilingual. Cost per family $15 (Friends $12). Includes gallery visits and all materials. Registration recommended.

Tiny Tots Workshops
Fun-filled activities for children aged 3 to 5 and an adult friend. Young budding artists will be introduced to the world of art through in-gallery adventures followed by entertaining art projects. Cost per workshop: children $5, adults $3 (Friends $3 and $2). Registration recommended.

What Do I Hear?

Let's Celebrate! Birthday Workshops
Birthday Workshops include in-gallery activities, an art project, and a party, all based on one of the following themes: Party à la Mode, Art Safari, or Arctic Expedition. A day to remember! Maximum 15 participants. Duration 2.5 hours. For children 6 years of age and older. Cost: $125 (Friends $115). Information and registration: 990-4888.

Come share incredible experiences in a festive 18th-century spirit and discover the magic of the theatre, cartooning, sculpture and, of course, painting! Explore the National Gallery’s special exhibition The Age of Watteau, Chardin, and Fragonard and let your imagination and creativity run wild! Maximum 25 participants. Bilingual.

Cost, including gallery visits and materials: $150 per week (Friends $140). Pre and Post-Care available for an additional fee of $30 per child. Registration required.
