Attending Debates

On the days when the Senate and/or the House of Commons are sitting, visitors may attend the debates. Please refer to Chamber Business on the main page for the projected order of business on sitting days.

  • Seating in the galleries is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • All persons going into the galleries must go through a security scanning station.
  • For information on how to gain admission to the debates in either chamber, please refer to Public Galleries.
