Grand Forks, ND (Sports Network) - Kevin Garnett had a game-high 21 points
and 12 rebounds to lead the Minnesota Timberwolves to a 101-76 rout of the
Milwaukee Bucks in the final preseason game for both teams.
Ricky Davis scored 16 points and Mike James netted 15 and dished out eight
assists for the Timberwolves, who won the rebounding battle, 44-30.
Damir Markota scored 17 points and Ersan Ilyasova added 12 points for the
Bucks, who were outscored 33-18 in the third quarter.
Minnesota starts its season at home against Sacramento next Wednesday, while
the Bucks play on the road versus Detroit the same night.
