The Honourable Senator Kirby moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Forest, that the Bill be placed on theOrders of the Day for a third reading at the next sitting.

The Honourable Senator Carstairs, Chair of the Standing Senate Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs, tabled its Twenty-fifth Report (Regulations pursuant to the Referendum Act).-Sessional Paper No. 2/35-656S.

The Honourable Senator Carstairs, Chair of the Standing Senate Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs, presented its Twenty-sixth Report (Bill C-27, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (child prostitution, child sex tourism, criminal harassment and female genital mutilation)) without amendment.
