Today's increasing pace of change, rapid communications and demands for public accountability are bringing risk management practices to the forefront in most private, public sector and non-government organizations. This course will help public sector managers and senior staff acquire new competencies to support modern comptrollership and governance in federal, provincial and municipal organizations.
Following this workshop, participants should be able to participate as team members in more complex facilitated structured systematic risk assessment exercises.
