Trade Team Saskatchewan is a partnership of key Saskatchewan public and private sector organizations offering international business services to active and potential exporters to help them achieve success in global markets. There are six key areas of focus: general information, skills development, exporter counselling, market entry support, trade financing and in-market assistance. Trade Team Saskatchewan is one of 10 Regional Trade Networks across Canada, and an important part of the Team Canada Inc. approach to helping Canadian businesses capture emerging opportunities in international markets.

Trade Team Saskatchewan offers clients quick access to the special expertise of all the partners. Services include:

  • export-readiness assessment;
  • new exporter training;
  • export counselling;
  • export opportunity identification;
  • international marketing assistance;
  • export financing and insurance;
  • technology transfer;
  • investment attraction and retention.

What does it have to offer?

  • systems to share information on international business opportunities and export-related activities and events;
  • registration on Virtual Trade Commissioner database which is accessed by Canadian Trade Commissioners located at posts around the world to match Canadian products and services with foreign buyers.
