With your many words of encouragement and the (usually) constructive criticism we were hoping for, The Big Picture has been launched! It's been a four week burst of flickering images, flashing argument, and sizzling discussion boards - and your engagement has been a key part of this experiment.

For the next few months, we're locking ourselves in a room with a DVD player and huge piles of documentaries from Canada and around the world. We will not stop screening until we've found another four scintillating and debate-worthy films to bring to you in the spring!

We'd love to hear your suggestions for the best documentaries never-before-seen on Canadian television. The films should be recent - Nanook of the North could spark some fascinating discussion, but not on this show. You can email your ideas to us.
