The long-time pair won their fifth doubles title of the year and have claimed at least one event in 11 of their 12 years together.
Roger Federer, the world's No. 1 player, cruised to his fourth consecutive singles title and his first on home soil.
Federer beat Chilean Fernando Gonzalez 6-3, 6-2, 7-6 (3).
The win was also Federer's 11th title for the season, the third time in his stellar career that he's accomplished the feat.
The top-ranked Swiss star began the third-set tiebreaker with a forehand return for a winner en route to his first home win in seven attempts.
Federer overpowered the defending champion, nailing 14 aces while breaking Gonzalez's serve three times.
"It is indeed magnificent," Federer said of winning the tournament where he worked as a ball boy.
The final was a rematch of last week's Madrid Masters final, which Federer also won in three sets.
