Yanic Perreault finally has a new home.
The veteran free-agent centre signed a one-year, $700,000 US contract with the Phoenix Coyotes on Sunday.

Perreault notched a career-high 57 points with the Nashville Predators last season, after which he became an unrestricted free agent.
The 35-year-old faceoff specialist was courted by other teams before agreeing to a deal with the struggling Coyotes, who are mired in last place in the NHL's Western conference after a 3-9-0 start.
Selected 47th overall by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 1991 draft, Perreault has 217 goals and 464 points in 740 career games with Toronto, Los Angeles, Montreal and Nashville.
Regarded as one of the league's top faceoff men, Perreault has won 61.7 per cent of his draws in his career.
