Abstract |
|
The distillery products industry is defined as operations primarily engaged in clarifying, rectifying, flavouring, blending and aging alcohol to manufacture distilled alcoholic beverages. It also includes the manufacture of ethyl alcohol, whether or not the alcohol is used to make potable spirits. The products include beverage spirits, brandies, cordials, distilled alcoholic beverages (including mixtures), ethyl alcohol, fruit spirits (beverage), grain spirits (beverage), liqueurs, molasses spirits (rum spirits) and whisky. This publication contains information about international trade opportunities as well as statistics on the industry and a contact list.
