The objective of this document is to provide the appropriate guidelines to identify children's sleepwear, and to distinguish which children's sleepwear must comply with the more stringent requirements set out in the Hazardous Products (Children's Sleepwear) Regulations (HP (CS)R). The purpose of the Hazardous Products Act is to protect the health and safety of consumers by prohibiting or regulating the sale, advertising or importation of hazardous or potentially hazardous consumer products.Table of Contents:- Preface
