Employer Link is a guide, developed through the Youth Employment Strategy (YES), to free Government of Canada programs, services and resources that provides information to help employers hire youth. Employers interested in hiring youth can access information on wage subsidy programs, recruitment tools and employer services.

The booklet targets employers interested in hiring youth, business owners, managers and human resource professionals.
Summary
Employer Link offers one-stop access to information on all of the Government of Canada's programs, services and resources for employers who hire youth.
The information in the printed version of Employer Link is organized under three sections, each with its own table of contents. It also has an index of important addresses, an index by organization and program listing and an index containing important Internet addresses. Please note that YES programs were amended on April 1, 2003. The following three new programs are now offered: Skills Link, Career Focus and Summer Work Experience.
