The Saskatchewan Personal Property Registry (SPPR) serves as a notice filing application to protect the interests of many Saskatchewan individuals and businesses. Its valuable search and registration services can help bring peace of mind when buying or lending money against personal property in Saskatchewan.
ISC's SPPR also serves as an entry point for the Saskatchewan Writ Registry, which is a database that contains writs of execution and maintenance orders.
Summary
The SPPR also provides an enquiry system where a person intending to purchase personal property or to lend money on the security of personal property can request a search of available information registered against an individual, business, motor vehicle, mobile home, trailer or airplane.
SPPR search and registration services can be accessed by phone, fax, ISC Web site and by visiting any one of eight regionally located ISC Customer Service Centres.
Credit card payments are also now accepted if you do not have a permanent account with ISC.
