CIDA and its partners are pleased to invite you to the ICD 2006 dinner, to be held October 30. Your host, the Honourable Josée Verner, Minister of International Cooperation and Minister for La Francophonie and Official Languages will present the Bill McWhinney Award of Excellence in International Development to this year’s winner. You can sign up for the dinner on the same form used to register for the conference. The cost of the dinner is $48 (including GST), payable to International Development Research Centre, which is helping us to organize the dinner.
