This booklet explains how MasterCard and Visa brand pre-paid payment cards work
and what they cost. It also provides tips on what to watch for when buying
or using a pre-paid card.
Pre-paid cards is the latest addition to FCAC’s Credit
Cards and You information kit and interactive tool.
