Industry Canada's Complaint Courier pilot project is
an on-line tool to assist consumers with complaints.
It helps consumers prepare a complaint, determine its
validity, and provides advice on how to complain effectively.
With the click of the mouse your complaint will be delivered
by e-mail to the appropriate consumer affairs agency,
and when possible, to the business in question. When
all else fails, the Courier will provide you with information
on available alternatives to dispute resolution.
