Institutional Cooperation Division
CIDA's Institutional Cooperation Division supports many capacity-building projects linking Canadian institutions with their Haitian counterparts. Projects through institutions, universities and colleges are generally five years in duration. Following are some examples:
- An initiative with Dévelopement international Desjardins, aiming at supporting the creation and consolidation of a caisse network (2002-2007);
- A project with SOCODEVI in cooperative development (2001-2007);
- A project managed by with Université de Montréal and Université d'État d'Haiti in support to the National Health Program (2001-2004);
- A women's health initiative managed Mc Master University and Unviversité d'État d'Haiti; (2002-2008);
