Work Environment

In fulfilling our mission and support of the National Security Policy, we see ourselves as a dynamic organization continuously pursuing a strategy to ensure that it evolves as an effective, efficient and expert security authority. Being a relatively small organization with just over 225 employees, we offer a congenial work environment. Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive salaries and performance bonuses. Salaries are based on the relevant market place comparisons which are monitored regularly and reviewed at least annually to maintain the validity of comparisons.

All employees begin with three weeks paid annual vacation. To balance work and personal lives we offer five days of leave each year for family-related responsibilities and parental leave when a new child arrives.

Our employees have access to an Employee Assistance Program which is a voluntary counselling service provided by outside professionals. It's paid for by CATSA and is strictly confidential.
