Salary and BenefitsWe offer competitive salaries and performance bonuses. Salaries are based on the relevant market place comparisons which are monitored regularly and reviewed at least annually to maintain the validity of comparisons. CATSA offers a comprehensive compensation package. Our employees and their families enjoy life, health, vision and dental insurance, as well as income protection through short-term and long-term disability benefits. Our employees enjoy an excellent contributory defined benefit pension plan, providing fully indexed retirement and survivor benefits. All employees begin with three weeks paid annual vacation. To balance work and personal lives we offer five days of leave each year for family-related responsibilities and parental leave when a new child arrives. Our employees have access to an Employee Assistance Program which is a voluntary counselling service provided by outside professionals. It's paid for by CATSA and is strictly confidential.
