2. How do I get a PSA aired on radio or a community event mentioned?
First, refer to these PSA guidelines before you send us information about your event.

3. How do I suggest an idea or pose a question to a local show?

4. How can I comment on what I heard on a local or national radio program?
For a local program, go to the Programs page, and follow the link to the show. Look for the “Contact” link for that show in the left-hand side of the show’s page.

To comment on what you've heard on National CBC Radio or TV Programs call 1-866-306-INFO (4636).

Can I get transcripts and/or tapes of programs?
Items aired on Ottawa CBC Radio programs or the local portion of taped transcripts of CBC News At Six are available through Bowden’s Media Monitoring:

You will have to provide Bowdens with the program name, the time the interview ran and the date.

VHS and audio cassettes are available to purchase for items aired within the last 30. Cost is approximately $40 per item and payable through VISA, Mastercard, or American Express. Tapes will be mailed through regular mail and delivery is approximately two to four weeks.

6. How do I suggest an idea or pose a question to a national show?
Go to Programs A-Z, look for the listing for that show, then follow the link to the website for that show. Look for the “Contact Us” section of the site.
   
7. How do I contact the CBC about something I saw on CBC.ca?
Use our Contact Form.
   
8. How can I find out the name of the song I just heard on CBC Radio?

a.   The first step is to identify the show that played the song.

If the program was a local show, go to our Programs page and find it there.

If the program was a national show, use this list: Programs A-Z to navigate to the program page. If you don't know the name of the show, go to the CBC Radio Guide and then click on the title of the appropriate program.

b.   Once you have found the appropriate show, you can search the Past Programs section for program logs, which contain song information.
   
9. I have a CD that I would like you to play. Where do I send it?
This information can be found on the CBC.ca FAQs page.
   
10. How can my school take part in the CBC School Outreach program?
Go to Laurence Wall's School Outreach page for details on the program and how to arrange a visit.
