Coordination and development of tourism industry standards, professional certification of tourism occupations, career awareness programs with educators and tourism industry representatives.  Delivery of ServiceBest customer service training, business skills development online, and tourism careers training for youth.

The training programs available are:

  • Serve it Right - It's Good Business -  responsible beverage service program
  • Skills Specific Workshops - standards based training
  • Business Skills Development Program
  • Service Best - customer service or manager workshop

Work in partnership with businesses, organizations and associations in the development and delivery of customized training modules.

Represents Saskatchewan on board of national Tourism sector council and as a partner in inter-provincial alliances.
