employability profile, training, apprenticeship and professional
qualification, self-employment, and the reclassification of collectively
licensed workers.
Businesses can enter their job offers in the Employment Bank and obtain
expertise in such matters as recruitment, training, and management of human
resources in view of creating, preserving jobs, or prevent layoffs.
Emploi-Québec's services are also related to certain laws notably the Law
favouring the development of the training of the work force / Loi
favorisant le développement de la formation de la main-d'uvre (1 %),
or other measures such as the Tax Credit Refund for apprenticeships.
