2004 Release

In 2004, the WSIB amalgamated the two existing volumes of the Operational Policy Manual (OPM). All OPM documents are now located in one manual. As a result, some OPM documents were re-numbered and re-organized into groups of related policies under new subject matter headings.

As part of the updating process, the WSIB corrected out-of-date terminology and updated legislative references. In some documents, revisions were made to aid the reader's comprehension of the content.
