    Quick Facts

    • The WSIB has over 4,000 employees working in various locations across the province.
    • Our head office is in Toronto. We have district offices throughout Ontario.
    • There are several hundred distinct jobs at the WSIB. Most of the positions involve working as part of a multi-disciplinary team that directly connects with injured workers and employers.
    • Most positions at the WSIB are full-time permanent positions.

    Résumé Databank
    We maintain a résumé databank. If you would like to be included in our databank, you may e-mail your résumé to wsibresumes@wsib.on.ca. Résumés are maintained in our databank for three months.

    How to e-mail your résumé
    • Place the job title or type of position you'd like to be considered for in the subject line.
    • Provide a brief covering message
    • Include your résumé as a file attachment formatted in MS-Word 6.0/95 or above, or as an Adobe Acrobat pdf.

    Privacy Statement
    Personal information about you will be collected from your resume, application and/or cover letter under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and may be used to assess your qualifications for vacant positions at the WSIB. Information will only be disclosed to WSIB hiring parties and Associate/HR Business Partners to determine if you meet the requirements of vacant positions. Your resume, application and/or cover letter will be retained for three months at WSIB before destroying.
      Applicants who meet the requirements of vacant positions may be contacted, and will be provided with a more detailed Privacy Statement.
