Tax Fax (Fax on Demand) Service is an electronic self-service document delivery system that is accessed through your telephone line.

This toll-free service gives you fast, convenient, and easy access to publications and forms.  The service is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and is available in Canada and the U.S.

You can order publications and forms by calling the toll-free number at 1-877-4-TAX-FAX (1-877-482-9329).

1. Have your fax number on hand before you dial. 
    
2. When the on-line service answers, select your language of preference (1 for English or 2 for French).
    
3. Follow the prompts to enter the reference numbers of the publications you would like to order and enter your fax number.  You can order up to four publications at a time.
    
4. Press 0 at any time for further assistance.
