Collective Bargaining Information Services collects, analyses and distributes information on the province's 9,500 collective bargaining relationships.
Services focus on labour relations activity in Ontario and include the provision of comprehensive information on small, medium and large-sized workplaces.

Customized computer extracts can be tailored to specific sectors, industries or regions on a variety of subjects including:

Collective Agreements on File:
The province's 9,500 collective agreements are on file in the Ministry's Toronto office which is open to the public. Copies may also be ordered by telephone, mail or fax. The collection is accessible by:
- industry
- employer
- union
- location

Are there any costs?
Publications are free of charge. Customized computer runs and library photocopy services are offered on a cost-recovery basis.
Self-serve photocopying is 35¢ per page. Photocopying done by staff is 50¢ per page.
Sending documents by facsimile is 50¢ per page. Documents can be sent by courier at cost. Customized computer runs are $47.25. GST will be added to all charges.
