In accordance with its Order of Reference of Friday, October 7, 2005, your Committee has considered Bill S-38, An Act respecting the implementation of international trade commitments by Canada regarding spirit drinks of foreign countries, and agreed on Thursday, October 27, 2005, to report it without amendment.	Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du vendredi 7 octobre 2005, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi S-38, Loi concernant la mise en oeuvre d'engagements commerciaux internationaux pris par le Canada concernant des spiritueux provenant de pays étrangers, et a convenu le jeudi 27 octobre 2005, d’en faire rapport sans amendement.
A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings (Meeting No. 60) is tabled.	Un exemplaire des Procès-verbaux pertinents (réunion no 60) est déposé.
