Any person who does not agree with a decision of the Registrar may file an appeal with the Farm Land Identification Appeal Board by serving upon it within sixty days of receiving the decision, written notice stating the matter in dispute to be determined by the Board.

Every notice of appeal must contain a statement of the matter being appealed, property identification information, and the name and address of the person making the appeal.
