• Secretary/Treasurer - Charlie Burnham - Massachusetts Department of Environmental Management (Bureau of Forestry)

Highlights:

Next years meeting anticipated somewhere in western Pennsylvania USA (to be announced formally at a future date) likely during the third week of March, 2003.

Charlene Donahue from the State of Maine Forest Service was elected to the position of vice chair for the next 2 years.

There was discussion at the executive board meeting about developing a method to elect honorary life members. It was decided to send out the NEFPC constitution to the exec. board members for review and comment on this matter and then get back to the Chair.
