Initial Payment Request Form

When CBIP confirms that the project has met its requirements, the owner can submit the Initial Payment Request Form to receive 80 percent of the CBIP funding. This form collects details about the building owner and provides instructions for the payment process.

If the project has also applied for the Equipment Bonus, please note that any payments for this incentive will be made only at the end of the project, when the building is complete.
