CBIP/IBIP Request for Assistance Form

CBIP offers you up to $1,000 in technical assistance. To obtain this help, please complete the following document clearly indicating your questions and the difficulties you have encountered. It is important to note that this help is free for all files that have a valid expression of interest (EOI) and to obtain this number, you must complete the EOI form and submit it to CBIP.
