CBIP's Graduate Program

Good news for clients who have “graduated” – that is, who have reached the funding limit of either $250,000 or six buildings funded within a three-year period!

The Commercial Building Incentive Program (CBIP) will continue to accept Expressions of Interest (EOI) from all clients who are in the process of designing and constructing additional buildings.

While further funding cannot be awarded, such clients can access technical assistance to a value of $1,000 per project, receive third-party verification (by CBIP) of the building design's energy performance and receive recognition plaques.
