Abstract:

Objectives:
To develop and revise marten guidelines, and fire emulation guidelines that will provide enhancements for the forest management planning process in Ontario.

Location:
Red Lake, Kapuskasing

Key Deliverables:
Seven theses on forest management effects on vertebrates; revisions of marten and fire guidelines ten to twelve scientific journal publications

Expected Benefits:
Revised marten and fire emulation guidelines will provide the forest manager with better tools for decisions relating to forest management.
