The Federal Buildings Initiative maintains a list of pre-qualified energy service companies that may respond to requests for proposals issued by federal organizations for energy efficiency improvement projects.
The pre-qualified firms on the list have demonstrated that they clearly meet all of the project program criteria.
These firms are capable of providing a full range of energy management services.
