Are You a Service Provider for Existing Buildings?

Energy management services companies, utilities, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants and other energy efficiency service providers cannot join the Energy Innovators Initiative (EII) directly, but you can work with us as "allies" to promote energy efficiency planning and retrofits in existing commercial, institutional and other eligible buildings.

Funding for Clients

After your potential client has joined the EII, you can help them apply for Energy Retrofit Assistance (ERA) funding. Manufacturing clients should join the Industrial Energy Innovators. We do not maintain a qualified list of consultants, but after you have brought a client to the incentive and have been approved to work on a project, you are often pre-approved for future projects. Note: Do not sign contracts or start work before funding is approved.

Important Links for Service Providers

If you still have questions about EII and ERA funding after reading the materials in the Password Zone, or if you have a potential client ready to apply for retrofit funding, contact us.
