| The Department of Education's Human Resources Branch develops, promotes and support human resource policies, programs and practices that result in a workplace culture that is congenial, nurturing and committed to achieving a standard of excellence in education and all aspects of service delivery. The Human Resources Branch is responsible for providing comprehensive human resources services to the Department of Education's employees and managers, which consists of school districts, central office, libraries, sport and culture, access centers and the public. This includes expertise in labour relations, contract administration, grievances, adjudications, recruitment, staffing, classification reviews, and advice on general human resource matters, payroll and benefits administration, learning and development. |
