In the context of the operation of the QGC, the INRS library manages the documentary collections of GSC-Quebec and the SDIS (specialized documentation and information services) of INRS-Eau, Terre et Environnement (ETE). The GSC-Quebec and INRS-ETE combined collections include specialized documents in earth, water and environment science. The main subjects are regional geology, mineralogy, structural geology, tectonics, stratigraphy, petrology, hydrogeology, Quaternary geology, geomorphology, hydrology, water resources integrated management, biogeochemistry and contamination issues, agricultural pollution, and environmental remediation and decontamination.
